This text was considered by Graf as a Minaean text. The author had read the name of the Minaean god Wdd in this text. The rereading revealed a text with a script that is similar to that of al-'Ulà-Saudi Arabia. It is a text listing the names of the people appointed to oversee the regulation of the use of rainwater collected in a basin that has disappeared but the remains are still visible.
